Default Need help with diagnosis.

Cart is only going 2mph at best. It will go faster in reverse. I think it may be the OBC? The batteries check out fine. It rode fine when I got it thursday night, and most of friday, then it dropped down to this slow speed. I thought it was the batteries, but it isn't, they check out fine, water levels are good. Is there anything else we should be looking for? He is very new at selling carts, only about 6 months, so he is real sure what is going on. He will switch out the OBC if that is what it might be. Or, he will change our painted cart onto another cart. Goodness, what a pain.

It wont be the OBC. The OBC only controls when to shut off the charger. We need to know what year cart you have. It sounds like a speed sensor issue.

Speed sensor will cause this issue but...........so will weak batteries. I know you said they were good but can you charge the cart and let it sit for 12 hours then post the voltage reading of each battery?

Is this normal? He is picking up the cart today and ordering a new speed sensor for it. I really think this will fix it.
