Default What did I do??!!

Ok, so I did a body off resto of my 92 CC. Once I had the suspension and all the cables/wires hooked up I moved it back into the garage under it's own power. I then disconnnected the two battery cables to hook up wires for the lights, put the body back on and nothing....will not move. I can hear the clicking noise when I put it into gear and when I push the accelerator, but it will not move. batteries are fully charged and I cannot visually see any problems with any wires/cables. Suggestions??

Check to make sure all your connections are tight. There is a chance that you have one that is loose and was making contact when you moved the cart and when you were working on it, you bumped the wire and now it's not making a good connection.

Also give a firm, gentle tug on your wires near the connectors. I've pulled wires loose from connectors that have stayed in the insulation before. They looked like they were hooked up, but in reality there was no connection what so ever.

if that doesnt work try putting a battery cable connecting the two large post of the solenoid...then try seeing if it will move again...rare but happens that a solenoid goes kerput...

Scott H,
You're a life saver!! It was exactly as you'd said, one of the wires had loosened, but stayed inside of the insulation. I'm rolling again!! Thank you very much.

Camaroluvz28....thank you for the reply & offered help.
