05 precedent wheel clearance
i have 05 precedent with 12 inch wheels and low profile tires ,the problem when i turn to the right the passenger side tire rubs ,any one know if the piece of plastic on passenger side that sticks out under the well can be cut off ?

It can be cut off but the wires to the dash are in there so you will have to relocate them before you cut. If interested see my "cart envy" thread under lowered carts section - in the first few pages I documented cutting this off my precedent.

Yeah what he said... Just be careful to get the wires out of the way. I hacked one of them off one time when I put 22X11X10 tires on a Precedent with only a 3" lift. Made it work with no rubbing.
