Default 09 Precedent jerky at low speeds

I recently got my cart and didnt notice this before but its really jumpy/jerky at low speeds. If I gas it all the way then back it off it seems better but initial take off its noticeable. Any ideas? Its a 2009 Electric Precedent.

I have a 1 year warranty where I bought it from, so I called today and they are going to send me a new mcor. They are on back order from where they order from til September 9th. Do these go bad often? Or is it rare?

One of the more common things that can go bad on the cart.
