Default Hesitates to go, only sometimes??

05 precedent; when cart sits for longer than one day it hesitates to move the first time. Sometimes have to turn off then back on to get it to move. Once it moves the first time it is fine but really aggravating when trying to hop on and go. I think probably something with solenoid but dont know. Can hear the click under pedal but no go?? What is the resistor/capacitor across big lugs on solenoid??

Forgot to mention I just put on a speedylink couple of weeks ago. Problem was there before and it had no change for it. Still speed sensor? That is the magnet on end of motor right? MCOR? That is in pedal assembly, right? Thanks for help

Yes, the MCOR is below the pedal assembly.
