Default series or sepex???

im gunna do a motor upgrade and was wondering what is a better motor,i see kits to convert my 09 presedent to a series motor,i heard that a series motor is stronger than a sepex,i want to be able to go off roadin and climb stuff but be able to go on the street,any input is good input.....thanks jay oh yea i want to be able to go in the snow too...

If you want to and think you can do it go for it, series in my opinion kicks ***.

I just did a shunt motor/controller upgrade though and it ended up equally as fast as my ds series. It has equal torque as well.

thanks speedchaser,i think im gunna try it,i heard that a series motor takes a lot more slow speed cruisin than a sepex and that a sepex dont like heat,is this true????thanks again jay...

I like series motors wound for torque, I've had great results with this type of motor. I converted a sepex cart to series and am very happy I did.

That is true with either motor, do not stall them or overheat them.
