technical inforomation
Hey guys im new to the cart world, been in automotive 25 years and am ASE master certified,trying something new. Looking for technical diagrams and testing info to help sort out diagnostic problems. Any help appreciated

I have two in particular. both club car 48 v electric.one 99 model does nothing at all when accelerator pressed. 48 v across batteries no low voltage at motor a1 a2 f1 f2 when depressed previous tech diag. solenoid i replaced no change. this cart was working fine previous tech replaced steering box and went to move it then it wouldnt move. 02 model shudders when pedal depressed 48 v across batteries. have 48 v at a1 a2 0v at f1 f2. replaced speed controller,tried known good solenoid and accelerator switch no change.

these batteries were replaced on the 02 within past 2 months will load test and charge though to confirm thanks

those batteries were bone dry and 3 load tested bad filled em up and cart started moving put on charger will retest in morning. thanks got to remember basics first.

If they were bone dry, chances are they are toast and wont hold a charge

Brought em up and they are holding right now.The 99 turned out that the obc was not grounding solenoid supplying power to controller,jumped to ground and it ran.Replaced obc and problem solved. thanks for help
