Default Trying to decide on controller for Club Car DS IQ

Hey Guys! I could use some advice on what would be the best route for me to take upgrading my cart for torque and speed. I have a 2005 Club Car DS IQ 48 volt with stock motor and controller. I just put a 6" Jake's Lift with 22" swamp fox tires on it . I will also be adding a rear seat with hitch. I would like a top speed around 20 to 23 mph. It will mainly be used for hunting so I would like it to have enough torque for mud and small hills. Would like for it to be able to pull small trailer also. I have been thinking maybe Alltrax DCX500 Amp controller with stock motor. What would y'all recommend? Thanks!

You seem to have the same performance requirements that my setup provides. It is a bit more than what you are mentioning however. I will tell you my setup goes up hills and thru sloppy, uneven, washed out terrain (within reason for a 2 wheel drive) very well. It goes 22-23 mph, and will climb pretty much any hill I found in our northern Alabama hunting lease.

Alltrac DCX 500
D&D Torque & Speed Motor
400A Soleniod
4 Gauge Wires
I also use Swamp Foxes during hunting season - they are great
