voltage
CC 1998 ds 48 volt, all of my accs stopped working. Has cc voltage reducer on drivers frame.How to test voltage reducer? Has 1 wire going in and another going to B- on alltrax

Fuses are all good. Is there a way to bypass reducer and check off of 1 battery ? Thank you
