06 48v Club Car not charging
My 06 48v club car will not charge. When I plug in the charger it does not "click". The gray "sense" cable has -36v on it. What should it have?

Check pack voltage. If its to low it will not kick on. If voltage is low manually bring them up to.around 40 volts

I have removed all pack cables and cleaned them also. Checked pack voltage afterwards at 47v.

Re: 06 48v Club Car not charging
It's my understanding that the "sense" wire should be at -48? Is this true?

Re: 06 48v Club Car not charging
I don't have access to do either but it will be my last resort. Just confused on the sense voltage. Thought it should be the same as pack negative. I have seen someone post to jumper sense cable to negative on pack to make up relay for charger. Is this true? Or is it a different voltage coming from controller.

Re: 06 48v Club Car not charging
It has 4 12v batteries so negative of #4 battery correct? I attempted this procedure (behind the fuse for my protection) and it would blow the fuse.
