Default Hello from Md. New member

Great site. I thought that our 2005 CC Precedent would not require any more money from the savings, but after viewing some of the carts here I am wrong. They look awesome. We use our CC in WV at our cabin, it's stock with the flip seat. I purchased it for the wife and kids because I have some dirt bikes, but I find myself using the cart a lot more than I thought.
Thanks,
Joe

And they are much more reliable than those cheap CHINESE mini dune buggies.. I had one and it was nothing but a headache.

Default Help Please! 1996 Club Car 48V

Let me start by saying that I can not figure out how to create a new post so I am hoping that I can get a reply through a reply.

I have a 1996 Club Car 48 Volt golf cart. My problem is that when you go to push the throttle pedal it jerks and takes off wide open. There is no in between speed. I have tried with no luck to find an inexpensive owners manual but do not really want to spend $60. I have no trailer to take it in to get checked. Is it possible it is the cellunoid? When it IS working good you can hear the cellunoid clicking.

I appreciate any help - we are going through golf cart rides withdrawal.
