Need Power Cable Lengths for 2001 Club Car DS
I recently bought a 2001 Club Car 48 Volt DS. My problem is that all of the power cables have been removed from the cart so I dont know what the lengths should be accept for the 5-15" battery cables. Does anybody know how long the other 8 cables are supposed to be?

Buy your cables from Scottyb. I just got mine and am very impressed with the quality and price.

It looks like Imswest has me all figured out, thanks for the warm welcome to this sight. Actually my business is making Cathode Danglers for The Barrel plating industry, and in my spare time I buy and fix up Golf Carts as a hobby.
I kind of thought that this was a place that I could ask for help so people don't have to do so much "homework". |

Re: Need Power Cable Lengths for 2001 Club Car DS
MCW,
I went the route of determining cable lengths, and then buying the 4 gauge cables, a swedge kit, the terminal ends (that I could find) and made my own. I did not like the results from the F/R Switch. The rest (battery cables) were OK. I am rebuilding my cart again and went with Scottyb's kit, it is very nice. BTW, welcome to the forum; lot's of information on here! |
