Default sense lead fuse keeps blowing

hey everyone, need some help. this is the first time i have come across this problem. i have a 97' club car ds 48v. the sense lead fuse continues to blow. i have checked all connections and all are correct. the charger is working on another cart correctly. what would be the causes? again all batts are correct on polarity and voltage.

If the charger is working with another cart then it points to the OBC. This is not a common OBC failure, others may have had this happen who can confirm or otherwise.

Back in June "tykuhn" had the same problem and it turned out to be an insect nest in the charger recepticle. Remove the recepticle and pull it apart, its held together with a couple of screws, cud save you a couple of hundred bucks.
