Default Hill Brake Spring

Could anyone provide a link or directions on how to replace a Hill Brake Spring? One end of mine is broken off. I have the replacement spring, but not real sure how it goes back on.
Here is the description of it:

Hill Brake Spring
OEM 1010933
(Some use catalogue # 4334)

My right rear brake is dragging and I am hoping that this is the cause.

Thanks.
