Just checked pack voltage (positive at battery #1, passenger side, and negative at #6, drivers side), 50.9V standing and with pedal depressed. What next?? Thanks again for any and all advice, if you guys have any car questions, I'd be happy to reciprocate.

Can you determine if the solenoid is just making a click or actually working?
Remove the solenoid resistor for testing.

Jack a rear wheel off ground for safety
Connect your DVM between the terminals M- and B- on top of controller.
With Key switch ON and F/R in F, press throttle pedal until solenoid clicks.
You should read full battery pack voltage.
IF not, there is a bad cable, connection or contact somewhere in the high amperage circuit.

I you get full battery voltage, depress throttle slowly to floor.
The voltage should slowly drop to zero.

Hope this helps

Thanks again Scotty for taking the time, first off I do have a wiring diagram for the cart, but its small & difficult to read. You said remove the resistor for testing, I removed the larger resistor between the large terminals on solenoid and nothing seemed to change, still no movement, cart is off the ground on jackstands. There appears to be a smaller resistor on the solenoid also, hope you didn't mean that one. Hooked up DVM, this is where im not sure on connections, have + lead to what I think is M- (blue wire, large gauge, goes to F/R switch, - lead to what I think is B-, connection with multiple wires including red/white, purple, 2 black. Have 23.7V key off & key on, press throttle, have 50.7V, depress throttle to floor, no change in voltage whatsoever. Thanks again!!

Pretty sure I have a bad motor (shorted), with no cables hooked up to motor, I have continuity between S1 and case, S2 and case. I assume the windings are shorted to motor body/case?? Is this repairable, any suggestions on replacement if not repairable. If I upgrade motor, do I have to make other upgrades, tag on current motor shows 3.1 HP. Thanks to all for taking the time.

Call sponsor PlumQuik motors and ask them about rebuilding it.
