2007 Club Car precedent running slow
My cart suddenly started to run slow. Yesterday it started working fine again and then went back to slow again today.
I have been reading many post and this is what I have done so far to troubleshoot; PLEASE HELP! 1. Batteries are 1 year old and reading 50.7 volts 2. Did the quick speed sensor test and when pushed it does beep and hold down the car. |

Re: 2007 Club Car precedent running slow
it should also have an m-cor ....look underneath at gas pedal assbly see if theres a rod that runs over to pass side and into a black box type unit if so thats it..........has nothing to do with controller or OBC or solenoid this is what regulates speed as your pressing pedal.................................

im with shadow on the mcor. also make sure all your connections are tight on your betteries and etc. use the search button and you will find troubleshooting the mcor. it reads as a long process. the way i usually do it, if i know everything else is good, i just replace it. under ur cart, passenger side. lil box mounted with i think 3 screws.

Re: 2007 Club Car precedent running slow
I check on the parts manual and it is located inside the pedal assy, I will take it apart today to check.
Thanks. |

Re: 2007 Club Car precedent running slow
Found the Mcor, it is attached to the pedal. I did all the checks with the multimeter. Voltage and ohms were ok at purple white and yellow wires.
The Mcor is within tolerance. Whats next? |

Re: 2007 Club Car precedent running slow
i think you can take them apart, from what i hear they have a habit of getting water in them as they are water resistant not water proof.......and it seems some members have some luck by tearing them apart going over everything drying it out and sealing it better then it was...........................
