Default 36v open circuit voltage ?

I found the open circuit voltage chart online and it says my 36v pack should be 38.2 at 100% charge. Well my pack finishes at 39.2 after sitting overnight with charger off.

Is this normal or is my charger slightly overcharging the pack?

That sounds normal. The 38.4 should be 12 hours after the charger shuts off, sometimes more. Final charge voltage is 44-46 volts and then she will settle to 38v.

I waited 30+ hours after removing the charger and open circuit voltage is 38.9v with dash voltmeter and 39.1v with my fluke meter.

Guess it's just a strong 100% charge?

My 36V CC has consistently displayed readings of 38.6V to 38.9V since 2009. I check the battery levels every week and charge after every use.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your battery pack or your charger, just a strong set of batteries!!
