Default Add a lighter

I have a 2002 club car and want to add a lighter/12v power outlet. What are the steps to make it happen.

Either a 12v reducer or a second battery.

Mount the outlet where you want it then if using separate battery and fuse block just need to run your hot and ground to your fuse block..
