Default Club Car IQ cuts off at full speed

I have a 2003 Club Car DS IQ 48volt. All was good until today. When peddle is pressed it takes off at full speed (no in betweens). also.... Level ground: Once it comes to full speed it shuts off and slows down very quickly. Uphill: Runs fine but if you let off peddle any it will shut off and slows quickly. Down Hill: Any grade, will go a very short distance and shuts off and comes to a quick stop. Once it comes to a complete stop, and selonid clicks, it will go again but only for a short distance. Acts like the roll-a-brake engages.

History: New battries, cables, selinoid, resistor installed two months ago. I am on a hunting trip and need to fix this bugger so to haul my 82 year old uncle to his stands. Any help is appreciated.
