Checked the motor using low voltage checked and checked good. Hooked everything back up and motor hums like it is turning, but motor is not spinning. Tried jumping relay, but same results. Voltage check from a-1 to a-2 indicates no voltage. F-1 to F-2 is approimately 7 volts

I am about ready to buy a replacement controller, but would like to find a way to check the onboard computer and also the two relays before I spend that amount of money. Is it best to replace everything?

Purchased a replacement controller and cart runs good now. I received a schematic for checking a motor using 1 battery. Jumper was run from A-1 to F-1 and a jumper was run from A-2 to F-2. A single battery was used with a lead from the positive post to A-1 and a lead from negative post to A-2 with a capability to make and break the lead from negative to A-2. My question is will this work with a shunt motor.
