Fender opinon needed
I was going to mount the front and rear fenders but I think I just want to mount the rears. Kind of like a "wide body kit". The tires only stick out in the back, about 1.5 inches on each side. I was also thinking of filling in the mounting "holes" and sanding it even so it looks factory installed. Any ideas on how to do it? I was thinking maybe the foam that insulates houses(from a spray can) then covering with putty and sanding then painting. Any thoughts or opinions appreciated.

If you do much riding in the rain, the front fender flares will come in handy. Looking at the pictures, you will get some spray frm the front tires I believe. I have them on my 05 Precedent and they look great. As for filing the holes, you could use bondo or Plastex.

I don't think I would fill in the holes - I like the look of the bolts showing and then you can remove for whatever reason later.

If it rains I am not out driving. I think I will leave the moutning holes open. I am thinking polished stainless hardware so it kind of mimics the rims. I will post pics when I get it done. Hopefully this weekend.

Depending on body color - some oversized black bolt heads might look cool!

I used stainless to prevent corrosion and then spray painted the heads and let sit for a day before installing (carefully). Looks great.

Re: Fender opinon needed
I looked at those fenders, and as I recall there is a similar bolt pattern around the back bumper and I would match those bolts.

LOL, those are the exact bolts I bought, only in stainless. That black might look pretty sweet. The body is going to be midnight black (black with subtle silver metal flake) I am going to try and install this weekend and I will test out black and polished heads.
