New Controller and Motor Wiring 05 cc iq
I just purchased a D&D motor 502.2 and an Alltrax Controller DCX500. The Diagram that i received from Carts unlimited shows B+ on the alltrax controller going to A2 on shunt motor and also M- going to A1 on shunt motor. . The Diagram on D&D website states that B+ on Regen Motor Controller goes to A1 and M- goes to A2. The diagram i am looking at off of D&D website is for an Club car IQ Controller with IQ adapter. I am installing the above listed and dont want to burn wither the controller or the motor i just purchased. Just trying to clarify what is the proper way to connect the wires.
Thank you any assistance you can provide |

I answered you in your email. You can wire this either way, I suggest you use the D&D diagram in case the question ever comes up.

Finishing wiring up the Motor, solenoid, and controller. When placing an in-line fuse, do i put the ann 400 fuse on the between the positive side of the solenoid and the positive battery post or between B- and the negative battery post. I seen wiring diagram for both ways. Does it matter?

You can put the fuse on either side of the main supply + or -. I find the corrosion is less further away from the battery vents, I put it on the controller B- lug, between the Lug and the main negative cable.
