Default Won't run in reverse - 93 Club Car 36V

I changed batteries and now the cart doesn't go in reverse. Immediately after I changed them, I thought the solenoid was bad and changed it to no avail.
I did find that the two microswitces are bad, so jumped across them to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. Will replace the one in the control box, but is there any real reason to replace the one on the F/R selector switch.
I have been over the wiring numerous times, so I'm certain that isn't it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

The 93 CC had a reverse + lead connected to battery #3 for power...... have you forgotten to reconnect yours? It comes from the bottom of the F&R.

No Sir,
It's connected.

Am I correct in thinking that it can't be one of the microswitches?
I've wired the blue/yellow (from the top of the F/R assembly) together and have also wired the black/green (inside the V-glide) together while I'm trying to troubleshoot it.

I apologize if I'm asking ignorant questions....this is the first cart I've attempted to mess with.

It could be the F&R contacts. I believe this cart uses the same micro switch for both forward and reverse.

Thank You. I will take it apart and clean it and see what happens.

Took it apart and cleaned it and replaced the microswitch in the V-Glide assembly and it runs like a top. Thank You scottyb.

I never thought of the V glide MS but I should have.... The micro switches act like little fuses in a circuit. If there has been the least amount of short circuiting they pop.

Glad you found it.
