Dipstick blows out?
Im working on an club car 350 motor and the dipstick keeps blowing out of the dipstick tube.It fits in tight but blows out the sec u start the engine.
anyone have an idea before i go in to the engine? |

Sounds like Blow-By(compression is getting past the rings and into the crank-case),caused by bad-rings,worn cylinder,or damaged piston.Pull the head,and look for damage(scoring in the cylinder,piston rocks around in the bore,etc...).Hope this helps.

Check your crankcase vent also. It may be plugged up. That will definitely cause the dipstick to blow out! The pressure must go somewhere!
