My cart still wobbles like crazy

I haven't been on in awhile but my 6 passenger 48 volt ds still wobbles like crazy. New tires didn't make a difference. Could something in the suspension cause it???

New tires and wheels or just tires?

Both. Have to assume the wheels are symmetrical but you never know

I'm having trouble too. Working on a warranty replace for 3 tires from Carlisle but also thinking about replacing wheels too just to make sure everything is round/true.

I built the cart new wheels and tires, then swapped the tires out for road road tires but still no good. Running out of ideas

Check the wheels to see if they are true. Set up some jigs for reference.

I used a cordless drill with drill bit as reference. Set drill bit as close to wheel as possible and spin wheel. Look for variation as the wheel spins.

Can do this for hubs too to see if they are spinning true.
