Default New Alltrax and Solenoid install: nothing working

I purchased an Alltrax DCX 500 IQ controller and HD 400 amp solenoid with all new 2 gauge wires from Scotty B. I have a 2009 precedent that Im sure is an IQ because the serial number starts with "PQ" and the stock controller was a black curtis. After installing everyting last night and checking over the wiring multiple times, nothing happens after I flip the tow/run switch to run, cut the key on, and press the throttle down in forward or reverse. I'm not really sure what to test with the volt meter to trouble shoot this problem. I have tested the voltage on the battery back side of the solenoid and its getting 51 volts. If anyone can give me some guidance towards what to test next I would greatly appreciate it. I have attached some pictures below to show what I have done.

Picture 1: How I have the new Solenoid hooked up. the Left terminal and 2 gauge wire on the Solenoid goes to the battery pack, and the right wire goes to the controller. I have the Diode correct because the silver band is on the Battery wire side of the solenoid. The small light blue wire and the dark blue with white stripe wire are just like they came off of the stock solenoid. (Dark blue with stripe on the battery side and ligt blue on the controller side.)

Picture 2: The stock solenoid setup. The red wire on top goes to the battery pack and the yellow wire on the bottom goes to the controller. You can see the light blue small wire is on the controller side and dark blue with stripe is on the battery side like I have them on the new Solenoid.

Picture 3: My MCOR. This is a picture of my throttle assembly and what I assume is my MCOR although it looks nothing like other member's MCORs I have seen on here. But, that is the only thing anywhwere around the throttle assembly that could be the MCOR.

I appologize for the long post but I am trying to give as much detail right off the bat. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it because ALLTRAX is closed on the weekends. I have also tried swapping the light blue and dark blue with white stripe wires around one the solenoid and still nothing happends.

When you turn the key on the green light should alluminate on the controller, is that happening?

No the light bulb doesnt do anything after I cut the key on. Is the run/tow switch supposed to work just as it did with the stock controller? I there was a smaller black wire that went from the B- terminal on the stock controller to the run/tow switch and I reconnected it to the B- terminal on the Alltrax.

Everything should hook up the same.

Something is not right though because key on should power up the controller. If you swear you have everything exactly as it was then I would bench test the controller. But you have done a lot of wiring on that cart so my guess is something is not hooked up somewhere or wires are incorrect.

Get your volt meter out and start checking around. You will need to make sure the wire giving the controller power on at key on is actually showing voltage at key on, only problem is I do not know which wire it is. Someone will know or if you search hard enough you will find a thread on it. Maybe check Alltrax site.

Does it matter which way the solenoid is hooked up as long as the small light blue wire and the small dark blue with white stripe wire is on the same side as the main battery wire and the wire that goes to the controller? Bc the diagram I am using isn't very detailed so I could have the Solenoid backwards it that is even possible?

That should not effect your controller powering up at key on.

Thanks for the help. I've tried hooking the two main wires on the solenoid (the main battery and the wire from the solenoid to the controller) both ways and Ive also tried hook the two small wires (the light blue and the dark blue with stripe) both ways and still nothing is happening when I cut the key on. The light isnt lighting up either. I didnt alter any of the ignition wiring when I installed the controller all I did was unplug the harness from the old controller and plugged it into the Alltrax. If anyone can chime in to help me test why the controller is powering up I would greatly appreciate it. thanks

Here are three possibilities I can think of
1: it is not getting power at key on
2: it is getting power at key but controller is defective
3: perhaps you have the elite cart that had different controller with different wiring and the dcx is not compatible.

What was your model number on the curtis controller you removed?

Here is a link to the dcx mi i manual that gives pin outs and has directions on how to bench test:

Ok I just took everything out and put my stock controller and solenoid back in and hooked them back up like they were before I started. Still nothing will work. I did leave the aftermarket 2 gauge wires in the cart when I put my stock stuff back in. the first picture below is my stock controller and the second is this pink wire with a male connector on it that I believe was disconnected before I started messing with anything. Does anybody know if I am correct on this or what this wire is used for? Thanks again
