There is no linkage. That second picture on my last post shows the MCOR in my hand and it simply bolts ontop of the assemply you can see right behind it with no wires or linkage running to it. Its like that round thing in that background just spins inside the MCOR but doesnt touch it or have any metal contacts or anyting. So I dont see how it reads to begin with but it worked fine with my curtis controller. Also when I took that apart there was alot of white dust so I cleaned it really good and the plug and terminals on the plug that plugs into the MCOR but still nothing.

Okay but there has to be an actuation from the pedal where is that? It has to be mechanical. Unscrew the mcor and your should reveal the linkage.

If the dawg showed he would know exactly what up. I am thinking you could bolt on an old MCOR and change your wire plug, attach it and good to go, just speculation though.

I did unscrew the MCOR, the second picture below is showing the MCOR unscrewed and the first picture shows the reverse side of the MCOR that faced the assemply that you see in the background of the second picture.

This thing is weird I have never seen an MCOR like this thats why Im so confused.

No that is just the wiring harness, the mcor is whats attached by two screws to that throttle plate.

Attached are three pictures of my throttle assembly I took it completely off the throttle plate and the little black box that is beside it in the middle picture is where the only wiring harness plugs into that has 5 wires.

The way that throttle bolts up to the accelerator pedal your not going to find another one like it thats the unfortunate part. Try calling Alltrax this morning but I think they are going to tell you that its not compatible for that 2009. If all else fails put a speed magnet on there and get another 5mph...or look to trade someone locally for a different year cart to use your Alltrax on.

When you call Alltrax tell them the diode was put on backwards and now the even with the diode removed the solenoid clicks & the controller lights up solid green but, the cart won't run.

Wow, they really switched things up from my year to yours. Looks like they got some kinda magnetic switch thing goin on there.

Maybe look into the GE controllers and see if they work good with that new MCOR. I think who would know if the GE's work is Ronnie at Plum Quick cuz I saw that he recommends them with his motors.

I think I have determined that issue. Notice the 5 wires in the first picture below coming out of my MCOR are yellow, balck/white stripe, green, white, and light blue. If you look in the diagram also attached below it shows a blue, green, purple, yellow, and white wire going to the MCOR. In the diagram the blue and green are for the foot switch to tell the solenoid to cut on and the other three are for the pedal signal. but on my MCOR it looks like the yellow and black with white strip are the foot switch because they are together seperate from the other three which I think are for the pedal signal. So with the way it is now when I cut on the key switch it is telling the solenoid to click on because the wires are in a closed circuit that should be working the foot switch. Maybe if I rearanged these wires at the harness to match that what the diagram should read it would work but I dont know how to determine which two wires operate the foot switch and what three are for the pedal signal and what order. Just a thought?
