Default powerdrive2 blowing fuse

FACTS
o4 club car Regen IQ 48v
PowerDrive2 model 22110
6-1yr old Trojan batteries

PROBLEM
after yellow light came on charger was plugged in
starts charging (approx 5min) then blows 15 amp fuse on charger
after unplugging charger and waiting 5 min .. fuse will reset and
when it is plugged back in it starts to charge again..
then will cut off and on 3-4 times then blow fuse
when charging volts are 49.4 to 49.9 .. 46.3v before charging .. 46.9 when charger stopped
amp meter is pegging over 15 when charger starts and staying pegged

THINGS TRIED
checked fuse to OBC .. good
reset OBC x2
The reverse buzzer will sound and go off in about 30 seconds.
buzzer never sounded
by-passed OBC .. same results when charger is plugged in
can not find another charger or cart to test out charger ..YET (im lookin)

ideas ??

This is the three most common parts that fail in the powerdrive charger. I would replace them all and you should be back up and good to go. Here is the link. This is a very trusted seller.

Yes, replace those three things and you will be good to go.
I had this exact same problem on my 2002 IQ DS this summer and it was my charger.

The heavy duty rectifier is better if you've got a lot of power surges in your area. It's a little tougher than a standard 35Amp rectifier.

1 question ... how long will it take to charge ? it was at 46.6v when i restarted charger (after OBC reset)

I would guess about 10 hours. 46v is pretty dead, so just let it go overnight.
