Powerdrive model 1870 gone bad

A friend of mine has the Powerdrive charger model 18780 (48v) 110v AC.

He had the relay replaced recently and i'm not sure but i think the the repair man put in the wrong relay because not soon after starting to charge the cart the first time the relay melted. They do not have any other relay and it looks as though he will have to order from abroad (we work and reside in Saudi Arabia) My question is does anyone know how to bypass the relay so he can charge the cart (he will monitor the charging and is fully aware of the risks). I have attached a few photos of the broken relay - there are two wires from the AC cord (brown and blue shown in the pictures) which connect to the relay and then two black wires which come from the 2 circuit breakers which in turn go to the four position switch. Do i connect one black to the brown and the other black to the blue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I eventually found a picture of the charger in question so if anybody can help me to bypass the relay i would appreciate it.

I have a charger that is similar to yours but not the same serial # and to by-pass the relay you would disconnect from the relay the wire from the Transformer Primay AC coil (mine is brown/tan) and the wire from the AC circuit breaker to the relay (mine is orange) and connect the tan wire direct to the AC circuit breaker.Make sure that any disconnected wires do not contact any other part of the charger.
