The bandit motor will work, but be warned it will cause your controller to go into a shut down mode due to overheating, so depending on how you drive or use the cart, be prepared to be stranded from time to time while the controller cools down, then you can be back on your way until it over heats again. Just a FYI

And I believe the problem stems from the Braking feature in the controller.

I have found that there some golf cart shops who are not authorized by Club Car that can order the code and install it. I think they probably just have a connection at a CC dealer. Anyone selling used CC whether they are a CC dealer or not needs their carts upped to 4. Check around with independent dealers and see what they say. I know it is frustrating, I had the same problem.

Hey Steve thanks, but Tim Breaux is a friend of mine
He is a Yamaha Delaer, but, not a CC dealer
I called him, and he can't do it for me
I called a dealer in Lake Charles, they want $150
I understand it normally cost around $75 for this service
anyone can confirm

Thanks again

100.00 to 150.00 is what I have found. That is cheaper than a controller and wiring harness.
