Default 48v charger problems

one plugged in the charger will go through its start up and run for around 5 - 10 min and the pop the 15a breaker. i read some of the post referencing similar issue and still a little confused. i am trying the OBC reset from an earlier post. is there any other ways to test this. it is a 96 CC DS 48v
