Default Brakes on 1987 club cart

Anyone out there know how to change the pads on a 1987 club cart. I can not figure out how to change the pads. sPRINGS???

you mean shoes? if so almost just like a car, nothing special should take 10 minutes a side.........take both drums off so you can compare as your going to make sure all is right..................................

+1. This is a pretty simple change if you do one side at a time. After installation of the shoes, check that the shoes don't rub on each of the brake hubs. There is an upper bolt used to adjust the throw of the brake shoes. Back it off, then turn it in until it rubs the brake hub, then back it off until you can spin the wheel without a rub.
