Default Precedent helper spring

I have a 07 precedent electric. It has a jakes 6in lift with rear seat. Occasionally there is some rubbing in the rear. I don't want to add full on hd springs and or mess with removing a leaf etc. I was wondering if anyone has used this helper spring in the link below. Will it work on a lifted precedent?
