Default 91 36v wont go?

I have a 91 club car that won't go. I left it on the charger overnight and it shorted out at one of the middle batteries terminal post. I re-tapped it. Got a new cable. and then it started to spark at the F/R switch. I have replaced that entire switch, all micro switches, and the selenoid...batteries are good and it goes if I use jumper cables to go directly from batt to motor. Could it be the key ignition? Please help. I also checked the circle wires that control the velocity from the v glide...I am starting to loose my mind...Help please.

That is typical for a resistor coil cart. No worries there. Does the solenoid click when you try to go? If not check the solenoid activation circuit and the solenoid. If yes check the solenoid and the V glide.
