I am new with the cart stuff how hard is or what will it take to upgrade an 85 resistor cart to a controller cart

Money. Pot box, controller, maybe a solenoid if raising voltage. I did it with an ezgo. Once I had wiring figured out, not too hard to do. I have some parts for sale if you really want to do. Look under "For Sale".

it is an 85 club car 36 volt 5 solenoid what do you need to change to controller model ,linkage etc.
