Default Finally Installed Propane Heater

Hey All!
As I've stated, I only use my GOLF CART for GOLFING
I know, I know... Completely lame compared to the some of the machines on here many of us drool over.. But I do love my cart & love reading & learning from all you Guru's...!!!
I posted pics of my cart about a month ago... Search if you want, but not needed...
Anyway... Here in E.Washington, we are still playing golf (played today) & I installed my heater last night & couldn't wait to try it out today...
My parts list as follows
Mr. Heater refurbed 8k-14k BTU heater (34.99)
2.5G propane tank filled (44.99)
15ft of propane line (45.00)
Misc. hardware (10.00ish)
I set the tank behind the rear passenger seat, zip tied the line up the rear top frame, along the inside frame of my enclosure, & down the windshield frame, wherein meets the heater, which is fastened on a bracket I put together that is screwed to the back of glove box compartment...
Had it on low setting (8k BTU's) in 37-40* weather & 3-5 mph wind, & almost roasted my self out of the cart!!!
If you all use, or have seen the "golfcat" heater, which uses the disposable green propane bottles, this set up kills it!!!
Over 2x the BTU's & uses less than half the propane...
I will post pics of the install after my round tomorrow...

I would like to see it. I too am in Eastern, WA. Desert Aire to be exact and me and the boys played today aswell. I have a 7k btu heater that uses the 1lb propane bottles and it works well but I only get 2 rds out of a bottle.

Tim?
Did I sell you a 36v cart & trailer a few years back...?
& I will post up my pics tomorrow 1st thing (play gangsome at the point at 9)
& if your interested, PM me & I can tell you how to do it
Well not really how, but where... I shopped around for about a month & researched to be sure I got exactly what I wanted...
Main thing is to find a heater without a "tip" switch...
But I don't think I'm supposed to mention businesses names if they are not site sponsors...
But you will know the places I purchased from (Pasco & Kennewick)
