Expect reduced performance and run-time in lower temperatures. Recharge often and completely after each use. Fully charged batteries will last longer and not freeze.

Thanks for the info. I keep my cart on the charger any time it's not in use. My big concern is just the last few times I've gone up the hill on my street (pretty steep), it's been pretty slow lately and wasn't that bad when I first got the cart almost a month ago now. With my buddy on it the other day we almost didn't make it up. My main concern is that in the summertime the cart will be used to go back and forth to our lake lot up and down that hill, and since I put a back seat on it it will have four people sometimes. I'm becoming concerned that this electric cart may not be able to handle that, but maybe it's just the temp getting consistently colder outside.
