Default 2004 Precedent DOA

2004 Precedent dead. no reverse buzzer. No forward movement. No solenoid click. Batteries read 50.4 pack, 8.4 for all batteries. Batteries are 10 months old. Plug charger in , hear it click but no charge. Replaced OBC. Replaced controller. Looked at wiring, no open connecters. Could it be MCOR? If so why no charging? Tow switch tested ok. Jumped solenoid still no go.
Any idea's?

at charger plug read 48 voltsfrom battery pack, gray cable tests ok. went ahead and replaced solenoid. I'm stumped, leaning toward my OBC replacement being bad also. Any idea's?

tested btys 1 by 1 all good. Did the obc bypass(obc 6 pin plug jumped red wire to blue wire) bty charger still would not come on. took 10 gauge black wire which went to obc and jumped it to 10 gauge wire coming from controller (this wire has a bullet connector) and bty charger came on and started charging btys. However cart still would not run. Removed this bypass and wiring back to normal.
Back where we started, cart will not run or charge. Reverse buzzer will not sound, solenoid will not click. Got a new obc on the way. I'm missing something
but not sure what.
