motor wiring configuration
Hey guys, I just picked up a 1986 CC DS electric, and want to test the motor. I looked around at wiring schematics, which show 2 studs on either side. Mine seems to have all 4 in a straight line. Which is which, and which ones do I join in series and which can I hit with jumpers to a batt to test? I appreciate any help!

Re: motor wiring configuration
Your motor case should have the A1 ans S1 type stud identification lightly stamped into the case. Some close inspection or careful cleaning may reveal them. |

Re: motor wiring configuration
Thanks for the reply. I hooked the grounds together and the hots together, and got it to go by hooking/unhooking the jumpers to my welders battery. Now to get the throtle peddle to work! Picked it up as a freebie, now I am going to flip it for some dough. I have a guy who wants it for $250, so I want to get it going the best I can for him... plus I want to play with it in the meantime!
