If they were left uncharged and in the cold, that is certainly hard on them, so it may be the batts.

Ok still not running. All new batteries and still no go. Solenoid started not clicking. Then I started testing solenoid and it started snapping again. I have power to the small wires. I should have written down my tests but I don't honk I am getting power to the load side of the solenoid.

Guys I need some help still. I have replaced the batteries, (which were old and not good) had an interstate battery shop test them. I replaced the computer, which I think was bad, led to the batteries going bad. I just replaced the solenoid in the back. Cart wont move. Solenoid does not click. I took off the mcor last night and apparently you get open them. I can hear the switch working inside of it, dont know if its good though. I am stumped. All the connections are good I have cleaned all I have found. Is there a way to test this mcor. Or is it my controller that's bad or am off tract.

Finally fixed my problem. Mine turned out to be mcor. I replaced it and it worked fine. I do believe my computer was bad which killed the batteries over the winter. I replaced the solenoid and it didn't change anything so I think it was still good. The new mcor is different than the old. Much smaller, came with a different rod to connect to the pedal and plug adapters. I guess it is newer style. the place I ordered from told me club car is retrofitting all replacements.

Good work! these carts can be a pain when they don't work, you just have to check EVERYTHING, which you did and finally found the problem.

Your not kidding, this was a 6 month crash course on electric vehicles. I have a better understanding but still complicated in my book. Probably go with gas next time, at least I understand them. What was interesting in that a some water came out of it. I have never had it in deep puddles. Maybe thats why they changed the design. Thanks everyone for the help.
