Mine rubbed pretty good on hard right turns as well. I had to completely remove the wire guard (inner and out cover..there are two layers) to get my full turning radius. I laid a flat piece of fiberglass down and the wires are still protected. They run under your floor mat in a channel as well. I will also tell you that if you add a back seat and any extra weight, accessory battery, etc. you may have some issues with rubbing on the rear fender. I had to install HD springs and I may end up adding a 3" lift to cure this. If not I will be trimming the fender itself. With my wife and her buddy in the back it is fine, but when my friend and I jump back there it is CLOSE.
