New Trojan Batteries hitting the market
Trojan is offering two brand new golf-cart 8v batteries to the golf-cart community. The "Traveler" has a 40% longer battery life, while the "Ranger" claims 35% more distance between charges.
Check it out here, would love to know your thoughts: http://www.trojanbattery.com/Product...lerRanger.aspx Kind of interesting how they "named" these models instead of designating a number (ie: T-875) |

Re: New Trojan Batteries hitting the market
You should always go with the 890 over the 875, I wonder why they didn't compare it to the bigger T890? Maybe it would not have made such a dramatic chart?
Anyway Bigger IS Better |

Re: New Trojan Batteries hitting the market
I just emailed Trojan and asked about any new 12 volt batteries in the works.
When they reply, I'll post the response. I know....12 volt batteries suck....whatever, wanna race? |

Re: New Trojan Batteries hitting the market
On paper eight T-145 6v's are still gonna be better - although all that extra weight is like carrying around another person all the time.
I guess if you have to stick with a 8v setup then these options look like the top of the food chain. Just happy to see some new tech on these leads. |
