Default Club car battery charger

I have a 1999 Club car DS powerdrive 2 cart that I am completely rebuilding. I am looking for the best charger I can buy for no more than about $400. The OBC on my crat is sht, so I am looking to get an automatic charger and bypass the OBC. What suggestions do you have for a 48V battery charger for this type of cart?

Just curious... Any reason not to post the direct URL to ScottyB's page? Does using a sponsor link give a automatic discount or it just looks better because they can see we are using their banners?

Hello? Can you hear me now? Wait, that's the other thing I have trouble with

I don't care how you get there. Walk , run, link, Google, swim

I have the PDI 5 stage smart charger / battery maintainer on the Carts Unlimited website go here > http://cartsunlimited.net/48v_Battery_Charger.html

Thank you

. . . I attempted to help you, but was not able to because the link (URL) in the site sponsor listing was not working . . . I do not have every URL memorized or written down to provide it to someone . . . guess next time you are lost, I will just pass you by . . .

Like I said Stevegrmich, I was just being curious and asking how our sponsor banners work. Wasn't trying to step on any toes. But if I squint my eyes and read your reply again, it appears you might have me confused with plivanec. In any case, PEACE MAN!!!

Thanks for the info ScottyB, My Father-In-Law's charger is also on the fritz, I will point him to your site!

. . . correct . . my apology . . . but like I said, I do not have anyone's URL handy to post . . I went to the listing of site sponsors to obtain the link, but the site sponsor listing was not functioning, so I could not get the URL for the OP . . . I thought your response was from the OP, so I was initially taken aback by the response . . .

I use The E-Series chargers that are automatic because I get a really good deal on them and haven't had any issues.
