1999 DS program controller

Hi guys , new to this Forum !
I recently purchased a 1999 electric DS club car, I would like to know
if this Year/model has a Programmable Coltroller.
If YES then how can I/someone change the program to get a bit more speed
from the Cart ?
Any other hints would also be great ?

PS: I have already replaces all Cables and cleaned all contactc .

i don,t think it came in 99 but on your F&R switch at the bottom of it there will be a port to plug a tool in if its there than you can have C.C. re-program it if not than no...........................................
