Default Tire size vs. gear ratio

Does anyone here have a chart that shows different tire sizes and how they change the gear ratio. For example: My cart has a stock 12:1 rear end with 20" tires. How does the gear ratio change with every inch of tire height?

I'm looking to put on some 205/30/14 tires, but they are 18.84" tall and my current tires are 20". I will lose some top speed, but I can gain that back by changing the rear end gears.

Thanks,
Steve

Ya, 8:1 is what is called for. You can find them on-line for around 300+. After I replace the wheels I will determine if I need those gears or not. I'll have to have a machine shop press them on for me, though.
