PowerDrive charger rectifier
I helped a buddy change batteries in his 2003 clubcar ds and now his charger will cycle like it is supposed to when you first plug it in.Jumps all the way to 15 on the meter then back down to 0 then to 15 and then kicks the fuse on the charger. The batteries are wired correctly because i can put my charger on his cart, same charger as his, and it works properly only showing 4-5 on the meter and charges properly . Is this a bad rectifier symptom? Is there something else that could be wrong?

Re: PowerDrive charger rectifier
I have seen that issue and it turned out to be a bad rectifier most times...on a few it was a bad breaker.

Re: PowerDrive charger rectifier
Ok thanks for the reply. Just did not want him to get something he did not need.
