Default chargers

I have a 36 volt charger the timer will not work, it gets very warm (hot).
but it puts out about 43 volts is this good.
I also have a48 volt charger at puts out about 48.8 volts should it be more.

A 36 volt charger should put out around 42-43 volts, thats normal. The 48 volt should put out more than that.
