Default 2007 Club Car kicking out

I am new on here and need some help, I own a 2007 club car Pres that I am having some issues with. When I take off and push the pedal down my cart will run like it should then it will kick out and you have to let off of the pedal before it will run but then it only runs at a slower speed. I have also noticed after charging the cart even running at half speed it will kick out once or twice before you can run it, I have started running my cart about half speed so the cart will not kick out but when I have also noticed my cart will kick out going up a small hill.
So if anyone can help me please do, I have been told possibly my speed sensor.

I forgot to comment on my cart kicking out that in reverse the cart will run at its normal speed without kicking out.

What exactly does 'kicking out" Mean? Does it kick like a mule bucking or what?

Sorry about that, it's like you take it out of gear and it seems to do it more often after charging.

I have read the threads about speed sensors issues and I wonder if that could be my issue? but I have not read anything about how a cart with a bad speed sensor acts prior to it slowing down.

My cart when this happens I have to let off the pedal and push it again to keep going but only at a slower speed and and works fine in reverse.

Could it be my MCOR?? I have no ideal.

. . . when a speed sensor fails, the controller will put the cart into a "limp home" or "safe" mode of about 8mph . . . try pushing the cart by hand with the key on and cart in neutral or forward . . . you should feel resistance like someone putting brakes on and cart should beep (runaway alarm) . . . if you do not experience this, chances are speed sensor is bad . . .

Sounds to me like a battery that is not good under load. I would check the batteries....my bet is one or more are bad.
