I have a 2006 Club Car ds iq and I am planning to upgrade the wiring with 4 gauge wiring. Other than the battery connections what other wires need to be replaced and does anyone have a drawing or diagram that shows which ones need to be replaced?

Replace all the 6 or 8 gauge wires with 4ga. One wire at a time, so you know you have it rewired correctly.

make sure you run the new wire thur the OBC and not around it...what this means is you have to leave 1 connection off till you run it thur than put connection on......if you go around the OBC the cart won,t run......................
