Honestly, at this point, especially since you have looked over the wiring multiple times, I would simply take it to my dealer and say, "fix it".

The closest shop is about two.hours away. I would really like to fix it without taken it to the shop. A quick recap new controller, new solenoid, bypassed the obc , I took the mcor off and put it on another cart and worked fine, and I've tested the motor. The solenoid clicks when I turn the key on and shortly after it drops out. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Oh the solenoid doesn't click with pedal

. . . when you "bypassed" the OBC, did you provide the required ground connection to the controller?

I'm not sure. I followed the instructions on one of the threads on here. Cut the light blue wire at 16 pin connector and connect to battery side of contact and tape the side of blue.wire into 16 pin connector

I have talked to alltrax numerous times. replaced the IQ board took the controller of and on another cart and worked and the same with the mcor. The green wire from the mcor has battery pack voltage until I plug the IQ board into the controller then it goes to around 18 volts. I replaced the wire thinking that the wire was bad and showed correct voltage until I plugged it in and put a load on it. I'm ready to gut the cart and make it a series cart I hate this IQ cart. Please any ideas or suggestions

Wow. You are very determined to fix this, and I am afraid I am going to go down this road same as you because I am experiencing the same thing. I may go ahead and cut to the chase which is converting this IQ into a Series Cart.
